Spring Gardens is located on the boundary of Holyrood Park and five minutes walk from Holyrood Palace and the Scottish Parliament. Edinburgh city centre and Princes Street shops are 20 minutes walk or a short bus ride away. The flat benefits from private parking.
There a many shops including a Sainsbury store nearby. There are also pubs and restaurants within walking distance.
A short stroll brings you to the beginning of the hill walk, which at the top gives spectacular views across the Palace, to Edinburgh Castle and the city.
