This flat is located in the centre of Old Town in a brand new beautiful glass development with a lift. There is a Sainsbury's and Starbucks in the development. The spacious flats consists of brand new appliances and new furnishings. Perfect for corporate guests as well as leisure guests.

There is a double bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen.

The development is located beside the Meadows, which is a large park with a Sainsbury's grocery and Starbucks within the complex.

If you arrive before 5:30pm your KEYS WILL BE READY FOR YOU TO COLLECT AT OUR OFFICE located on 125 Nicolson Street where you will receive directions to the flat which is around the corner. If you arrive after 5:30pm your KEYS WILL BE READY FOR YOU TO COLLECT AT THE CONCIERGE located on Lauriston Place next to the apartments. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU GET IN CONTACT WITH US ABOUT ONE WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL TO SETUP KEY COLLECTION.
