North Bank Street Apartment

An historic building restored to a high standard in a superbly central location on The Mound, between the Royal Mile and the National Gallery on Princes Street. The property has two double bedrooms; both the master bedroom and the secondary bedroom have ample storage space, and en-suite bathrooms, one with a bath and shower the other just with a large shower. The living room, with its comfortable seating area, boasts views across Princes Street Gardens towards the Scott Monument; with the room doubling up as the dining room it is perfect for entertaining, whilst it's 52-inch television makes it enjoyable for quiet nights in. The kitchen is open-plan with the dining/sitting room, and fully equipped with all modern conveniences and dining equipment. The décor in the flat is neutral, with wooden floorboards throughout.

The mound is host to several tasteful bars and restaurants, whilst being easily within walking distance of the night-life of George Street, and the tourist attractions of the Royal Mile and Holyrood.
